The Magic City Classic is a player driven Old School Magic the Gathering (cards originally printed and 1993 & 1994) tournament taking place in Atlanta, GA in the spring of 2026.

We expect this event to sell out quickly so please keep the signup date in mind.

Friday, March 20 will be free play. We are encouraging players to bring Atlantic Rules decks. We’ll have some prizes and side games this evening as well.

Saturday, March 21 is the main event and will be played under Double X Point (XX-Point). More information on deckbuilding for the main event will be coming soon.

More information on locations will be announced early 2026. The main event (and likely the Friday event) will be held in the West Midtown area of Atlanta for planning purposes.

In the tradition of Old School Magic, all proceeds after costs are covered will be given as a charitable donation. Donations from this event will go to Rebuilding Together Atlanta.

For over 30 years, this Atlanta-based charity has worked to make homes safe, healthy, and accessible for low-income homeowners, with a focus on seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities. Their work helps neighbors stay in their homes with dignity while strengthening the local communities we’re gathering in for this event.
